The entry to this apartment is a complete nightmare especially for guests. The keypad is positioned so far to the right that you have to squeeze through a ridiculously tight space just to enter the code, practically guaranteeing you’ll mess up your rims. The countless black marks from other cars show I’m not the only one dealing with this terrible design. Absolutely frustrating.

One among the best apartments around the University. Kind and helpful staff! Been here for over an year and had no complaints (except for maintenance work which kept the pool inaccessible for weeks). Love the lounge area to get some homework done and the gym. Wish there was volleyball/badminton area to get more physical activity. Appreciate the maintenance team's efforts in sanitizing all the common areas every single day during the COVID-19 time.

The Hyve has been a great apartment complex! Great staff that's highly attentive and very nice amenities. I also really wanted to commend Emily who has by far been the best representative of Mark Taylor I have ever had help me. She is always quick to resolve any issues and answer any questions. Emily always bring a friendly attitude and amazing professionalism! The Hyve is a wonderful apartment complex!

I’ve lived in a few different places in the area, and I can honestly say this one stands out in the best way. The management team is professional, polite, transparent, and truly committed to fairness. Everything is well-organized, and communication is clear and respectful. The property is clean and beautifully maintained. The pavements are spotless, the dumpsters are emptied regularly, and the valet trash service is super convenient. It’s clear the staff takes pride in keeping the place looking great. The tenants here are respectful and generally quiet during appropriate hours. It feels like a community. I moved here recently, and I’m so glad I did. It’s peaceful, safe, and welcoming. Living here has reminded me that good management and a well-run property can make a huge difference in quality of life. If you’re looking for a place that values cleanliness, professionalism, and community standards, this is the one. Highly recommended!

Hyve is a great place to stay. The maintenance is really good, and when we raised a request, Shaun arrived quickly. He was friendly, helpful, and resolved the issue fast. Would definitely recommend.
