What residents say
The Access scores high on resident satisfaction for a reason. The combination of a rooftop basketball court and an on-site Starbucks are things you won't find at most other Tempe apartments, and the building genuinely delivers on its "hotel-style" ambitions - common areas feel well-maintained and the management team gets solid marks for responsiveness. The Amazon lockers make package delivery completely stress-free, which matters more than you'd think. It sits in a great spot on Apache with the light rail close by. If you can get a unit facing the pool or with a south-facing balcony, the views are worth asking about specifically. Overall, one of the more reliably reviewed complexes on this stretch of road.

Aaron and Julio, members of the maintenance team, have been outstanding. They are reliable, professional, and consistently complete their work to a high standard. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and make sure issues are resolved thoroughly and efficiently. Their attention to detail and positive attitude make a real difference in keeping the building in excellent condition. We truly appreciate their hard work.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex. From day one, the leasing team and managers have treated me with so much kindness, respect, and professionalism. They truly go above and beyond for their residents and make you feel valued, not just like another lease. This is hands down the best leasing team and management I’ve ever experienced. I’m so grateful to live here and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that genuinely cares.

I just want to give a shoutout to Jovi from the maintenance team. I always see him working hard around the property cleaning the hallways, picking up litter, and making sure everything stays looking nice. It’s clear he really cares about keeping the place clean and well maintained. It’s great to see someone consistently putting in the effort to make the community better for everyone

Apartment is fine, monthly rent varies and missing blinds on many apartments. Other than that the team is helpful and nice. Jovi is awesome, very friendly and cares about the wellness of living of residents. Keeps this place clean, always on the move and keeps vibes high around the complex. Gym is nice too, I have to say.

I just moved out of a loft-style apartment here, and while I was excited at first to find what seemed like an affordable place, I quickly realized the low rent is misleading. Once you add in all the amenity and service fees, you end up paying just as much (if not more) as you would at other apartments that are far better managed. From day one, we struggled with a German roach infestation. Pest control was unreliable—sometimes they marked that they came when they hadn’t, and when they actually did show up, they just sprayed some mystery liquid that did nothing. We ended up spending over $100 of our own money on roach products to get it under control, and even then, it took months before the problem was solved. The leasing office is another frustration. The manager never responds to emails, and getting someone to answer the phone is nearly impossible. The only positive is Brandon—he genuinely tries to help residents and does what he can, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the manager or the rest of the staff. On top of that, my loft was directly across from the trash room, yet I was still forced to pay a valet trash fee. Our unit didn’t even come with a valet trash can, and since the trash room was literally steps away, the fee felt pointless. Safety is also an issue. Many doors don’t lock properly, which allowed homeless individuals to come inside and sleep in the stairwells. There are no security cameras in the sketchy halls or garages, which makes the entire place feel unsafe. Another constant headache was the water. They turned it off frequently for “maintenance,” and it became a regular disruption. The only real positive here is that there’s plenty of parking. Other than that, living here was an experience—but not a good one. If you can avoid signing here, I strongly recommend looking across the street at the newly built apartments instead.
