IMT Desert Palm Village

I’ve been living at DPV for a year now, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier! From the moment I applied, Stephanie made everything so smooth and she got me all set up and even had me moved in the next day. Whenever I have a question or something I need help with, Stephanie handles things so fast, which is a huge relief! I just signed my lease renewal because I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Plus, tons of my friends live here too, so it’s always fun hanging out together. It's also close to ASU and the Orbit. If you're looking for a place, definitely check out DPV.

I’ve been wanting to leave a review for a while and finally got some time. I’ve been living here since August. Because I wasn’t physically here in Tempe when I booked the apartment, I used the online leasing service, and Stephanie was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions very promptly, which made everything much easier and less stressful. I’m very satisfied with the living conditions. The kitchen is well equipped, and all the home appliances are functioning properly. The staff here are always helpful and responsive, including the maintenance team. A special thank you to the front desk as well, they kindly helped me pick up my deliveries from the mailroom when I dislocated my knee, which I truly appreciated. Three of my friends also live here, and overall the surrounding area is very convenient. It’s easy to buy daily necessities, and the nearby Safeway is especially convenient. I really enjoyed it here!

Whenever I go to the leasing office for assistance, Stephanie is always extremely helpful. She always makes sure to check in with me and that my needs are attended to as soon as possible. Maintenance is really fast and I never have to wait for repairs. Sometimes they’re at my apartment within 30 mins after putting in a work order.

I recently moved in a few weeks ago, so far everything turns out great no issues. I love the location of this place. It’s has short walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. I also want to mention the great experience I had with Stephanie. She was very helpful during my visit to the leasing office. She answered all my questions and made the process easy. Very friendly and professional!

My apartment experience at Desert Palm has been amazing! I moved to Tempe from California and chose Desert Palm Village sight unseen because of all the positive reviews. The maintenance team is incredible, and everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. I truly can't say enough about the office team and how helpful Garrett and Kelly have been throughout my move. If you're looking for a new place to call home, Desert Palm Village is the place to be!
