Gateway at Tempe

wish I could give a 0 star review or go back in time and never live here. This place is genuinely horrible and I wish it would get shut down for how nasty and horrible it is. My asu Hassayampa dorm was literally 1000000000000000000x better than this. They give you a free $250 to write a 5 star review. Every 5 star is a lie and apparently I got the renovated apartments so I wonder how bad the other ones are. The apartment they show you for a tour is the nicest and cleanest one the rest don't look like that trust me and live somewhere else. Probably going to spam as many 1 star reviews as possible but then again I am lazy and barely wanted to write this one. Homeless guys wandering the parking lots and possibly will break into your car and smoke a cig and steal everything. Gates haven't shut since I've moved in. They will take the parking seriously and tow your car within 2 hr if it is parked under the covered parking. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE this place is genuinely the worse apartments in Tempe. Might be cheap but definitely should be cheaper. Should be around 100 a month at most.

I recently toured, and I had such a great experience thanks to Julie, who showed me around. She was welcoming, professional, and enthusiastic about the community! Julie was incredibly knowledgeable about the property. She walked me through the amenities, floor plan options, pricing, and availability thoroughly. She listened to what I was looking for and tailored the tour to my needs. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The entire tour felt so organized and thoughtful. I will be looking into living here thanks to the great tour!

My touring experience today was great. Faith was sweet, funny, and informative. I am a returning resident and I learned about new amenities and perks. Faith was super helpful at breaking down finances and explaining how things work, which definitely boosted my opinion on renewing a lease here.

I truly love this community. It’s always clean, safe, and incredibly comforting to come home to. The management team is responsive and professional, and the maintenance services are consistently reliable and efficient. It really feels like a place where residents are cared for and valued. I’m grateful to be part of such a well-run and welcoming environment.

Property was absolutely beautiful and amazing! Super well kept up! Maintenance really does great at their job. Shout out to Kelsi, Delaney and Tayton! They were so sweet and such a joy to talk to. If I was renting I definitely would come here just because of them! They all definitely deserve a raise and do such a good job! Thank you so much! I definitely love working with this company!
