On move-out, take detailed photos of your unit on move-in day and request a walk-through when leaving — this protects you from any disputed charges. Wi-Fi signal weakens on upper floors during peak hours; floors 2-4 tend to have the most reliable connectivity. wifi is really abysmally bad. also theres a lot of fees. if you have a car thats lower to the ground the minimum 5 speedbumps j tryna park will end you. you cant get your own mail without proof of id. any food delivery service will not be usable on account of the series of locks trying to get into the building. price is solid for the ammenities but, if its within your means, its worth paying more for a better space. police are right across the street so its pretty loud if youre in building A. workers are chill tho

Amazing tour! The staff was really welcoming, the property looked clean, and the unit layout was really nice. Our tour guide Braedon explained everything very clearly, and answered all of our questions. This space was a great option and the community felt safe. Close to asu campus and solid option if you’re apartment hunting!

Had a great experience stopping by today for some property outreach. Isabella was the only one in the office at the time and still took the time to be welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She made the interaction easy and positive, shared their contact info, and made sure we had what we needed to follow up. Really appreciate her professionalism and warm attitude!!!it made a great first impression.

Living here at Alight has been nothing but a great experience. From the warm welcomes and hello’s by the office, to the clean and quick maintenance workers, I have enjoyed every moment of the last 2 years. The office personnel are fantastic at assisting with any needs and making sure the residents are as comfortable as possible. Alight offers very affordable rates with clean apartments and highly skilled maintenance workers in the event of any issues. All the employees have truly made my living experience amazing. Also, the office’s dedication to community events and making sure we residents have something to come and grab helps make the difficult days better. And they have free coffee! #LiveAlight

I’ve had a great experience living here at Alight! The community is affordable, quiet, and well-maintained, and the office team is friendly and responsive whenever something comes up. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. I’m really happy with my apartment and would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live!
